Order Won in Just 24 Hours

A Malvern based manufacturer is back on the books for Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, after winning an order in just 24 hours. Using information gleaned at a dedicated event run by myM-link, Malvern Healthcare Limited secured an order to supply its industry-leading EZIplug Foetal Scalp Electrode System.

Non Woven Material

Non-woven sterilisation material for operation packs, 750 x 750 mm, interleaved as one sheet blue and one sheet green. Both blue and green material should have 2 inner layers of micro-fibres to avoid penetration of liquids and blood and 2 layers of spun bond material for tearing and pulling strength. The green non-woven material should be alcohol resistant whilst the blue should be water repellent. Both types of non-woven material should be well drapable, that is, must not fold back on opening of sterile packs. Must have no memory. Material should be > 90 % dust and particle free. Material should be sterilisable at 135ºC and disposed of by incineration, environment friendly and conforms to EN968 part 1 & 2. Quantity or Scope:

540 000 sheets.
