Minivator: myM-link saves us time and money |

The world's second largest stair lift manufacturer, Minivator, has secured a £1.5 million, five year public sector contract thanks to its membership of myM-link's 'Commercial Opportunity Service'. The Kingswinford-based firm receives a full sales-focused service from myM-link which assisted the company in securing the five year deal with Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council (Oldham, UK) to provide technical support for residents' stairlifts... Through myM-link's 'Commercial Opportunity Service', Minivator has access to a host of benefits including personal introductions to companies, tender opportunity notifications, market intelligence and direct alerts to companies needing their products and services. Minivator's managing director Mike Lord explains the benefits of being a member of myM-link: "Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council used the myM-link Member Opportunity Notification service to notify the market of its tender to manage the supply, installation, service, maintenance and removal of stairlifts in properties throughout the Oldham region. And while we proactively monitor tender notifications, the market is sufficiently complex that it can be difficult to stay one step ahead. Luckily for us myM-link membership provides a safety net ensuring we don’t miss business critical contracts. "As a member of myM-link, we have direct access to a team of medical market advisors who provide the research and data we need to move our business forward. Their specialist connections and inside knowledge ensures we are made aware of new business opportunities as soon as they hit the market - saving us time and money – but most importantly improving our success hit rate." |
