My M-Link Event Bookings Terms & Conditions

The Booking Process
All bookings are processed on a first come, first served basis and are accepted under the terms and conditions shown below.

 

Making a Booking

  • Complete all relevant sections of the booking form either online, available on the Events section on www.myM-Link.co.uk or via email.
  • For courses with a fee payable, an invoice for the course will be raised when your booking has been processed
  • Payment must be made before the event takes place. For late bookings please arrange to bring payment with you on the day (cash or cheque payable to myM-Link)
  • A company with an ‘In the Loop’ Membership is entitled to send one delegate to attend the regional and national networking event free of charge
  • Business Opportunity Service members are entitled to one free admission to a roundtable event.
    If you are allocating an event as one of your free places you must declare this at time of booking. It the responsibility of each member to ensure the allocation is taken within the membership year. Members will not be able to carry free places over to the next membership year.

 

Confirmation of Booking

  • Upon processing your on-line booking form confirmation will be sent by e-mail
  • Final confirmation of your attendance and course details will be sent to you approximately 7 days prior to attendance including times, venue details and map/directions
  • Please check the details of this confirmation
  • If you have not received any notification from us about your booking status 7 days before your chosen course, please contact us for further information
  • We cannot guarantee your dietary needs will be met but there will always be a vegetarian option.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • All bookings must be made using the appropriate on-line booking form or by calling/emailing the Event Co-ordinator at My M-Link. If you have a purchase order number you will need to indicate this on the booking form in order for this information to be on the invoice raised.
  • Normally, bookings cannot be accepted within seven working days of the event date
  • All cancellations made by delegates must be received by myM-Link in writing by fax, post or email at least 14 days before the Event. Refunds will not be made where notice of cancellation reaches myM-Link within 7 days of the event.
  • There will be a cancellation fee incurred to the full cost of the event. Cancellations made within 7 to 14 days of the event date will be subject to a £25 cancellation charge.
  • Any My M-Link member who takes one of their free places at an event and then subsequently fails to attend, will forfeit that free place, unless notice of cancellation reaches myM-Link within 7 days of the event.
  • Once a free place has been requested and an event occurred, the free place cannot then be transferred to a more expensive event.
  • myM-Link reserves the right to amend or cancel if, for whatever reason, it is unable to deliver the advertised event. In these circumstances myM-Link will endeavour to give adequate notice. A full refund will be given to attendees in the event of cancellation
  • myM-Link does not accept responsibility for costs incurred by any attendee when booking and/or attending a course nor in the event of a cancellation of attendance at a course by the attendee or by myM-Link.
